Shipping

1. How much does shipping cost?
   • Standard shipping (Australia): $9.99, 2 to 4 business days once dispatched
   • Express shipping (Australia): $19.99, 1 to 2 business days once dispatched
   • International shipping: $18.99, 14+ days once dispatched
   • Free standard shipping on all orders over $300 AUD
     
     
2. How long until my order is dispatched?
   Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing before your order ships.
   
   
3. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes. Please note customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply. Orders shipped to the USA can occasionally be held by customs for up to 45 days.
   
   
4. How do I track my order?
   You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
   
   
5. What if my delivery address was wrong or incomplete?
   A $20 redelivery charge applies if Australia Post returns a parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Always include unit/level numbers and the company name for work addresses.
   
   
6. What if my parcel arrives damaged or goes missing?
   Contact info@peakwomen.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.

Returns and Exchanges

1. What's your return policy?
   We accept returns for:
   • Damaged or faulty products
   • Incorrect items or sizes sent in error
     
     
2. What can't be returned?
   • Sale or discounted items, unless damaged or faulty
   • Worn or washed items
   • Items missing original tags
     
     
3. How do I start a return?
   Email info@peakwomen.com.au within 14 days of delivery and let us know whether you'd like a refund or a replacement. We'll confirm the return address.
   
   
4. Do I pay for return postage?
   Postage is refunded only if the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged or faulty product). Change-of-mind returns don't include postage refunds.
   
   
5. How long does a refund take?
   Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 3 business days to process the refund. Replacement items are subject to stock availability.
   
   

Sizing and Fit

1. What sizes do you stock?
   Sizes 8 to 22 across our Muse Collection ranges; sizes 8 to 18 for Eve Collection; and sizes S to 3XL for the T-shirt Collection.
   
   
2. How do I find my size?
   Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, email info@peakwomen.com.au and we're happy to help.
   
   

Orders, Bundles, and Payment

1. What payment methods do you accept?
   Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.
   
   
2. Is there a T-shirt bundle deal?
   Yes. Buy 1 t-shirt, get 20% off a second. Buy 2 t-shirts, get 50% off a third. Discount is calculated automatically at checkout.
   
   
3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
   Email info@peakwomen.com.au as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you can arrange a return.
