1. Is the shipping free?
   Shipping is free for all orders over $199. Check out our shipping policy for more details: Shipping Policy.
   
   
2. How much does shipping cost?
   • Free standard shipping on all orders over $199 AUD
   • Standard shipping (Australia): $9.99, 2 to 4 business days once dispatched
   • Express shipping (Australia): $19.99, 1 to 2 business days once dispatched
   • International shipping: $19.99, 14+ days once dispatched
     
     
3. How long until my order is dispatched?
   Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing before your order ships.
   
   
4. Do you ship internationally?
   Yes. Please note customs duties, taxes, and handling fees may apply. Orders shipped to the USA can occasionally be held by customs for up to 45 days.
   
   
5. How do I track my order?
   You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
   
   
6. What if my delivery address was wrong or incomplete?
   A $25 redelivery charge applies if Australia Post returns a parcel due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Always include unit/level numbers and the company name for work addresses.
   
   
7. What if my parcel arrives damaged or goes missing?
   Contact support@peakwomen.com.au within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.

Returns and Exchanges

1. What's your return policy?
   We accept eligible returns for:
   • Damaged or faulty products
   • Incorrect items or sizes sent in error
   • Change of mind, provided the item meets our return eligibility requirements
     
     
2. What can't be returned?
   • Sale or discounted items, unless damaged or faulty
   • Items that have been worn, washed, or used
   • Items without their original packaging and tags attached
   • Items with perfume, makeup, or deodorant marks
     
     
3. How do I start a return?
   Email support@peakwomen.com.au within 14 calendar days of receiving your order and let us know whether you'd like an exchange, replacement, or refund. We'll provide return instructions and arrange the return via Australia Post.
   
   
4. Do I pay for return postage?
   Size or colour exchanges and returns for store credit include a free return shipping label. Refunds to the original payment method incur a $9.95 shipping and handling fee, which is deducted from the refund. Original postage fees are non-refundable.
   
   
5. How long does a refund take?
   Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days to process the refund. Replacement items are subject to stock availability.
   

Sizing and Fit

1. What sizes do you stock?
   Sizes 8 to 22 across our Muse Collection ranges; sizes 8 to 18 for Eve Collection; and sizes S to 3XL for the T-shirt Collection.
   
   
2. How do I find my size?
   Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If you're between sizes or unsure, email info@peakwomen.com.au and we're happy to help.
   
   

Orders, Bundles, and Payment

1. Do I get a discount for purchasing the blazer and trouser together?
   Yes. Order the suit bundle and get $25 discount on top of any other discounts.
   
   
2. What payment methods do you accept?
   Afterpay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, Union Pay, and Visa.
   
   
3. Is there a T-shirt bundle deal?
   Yes. Buy 1 t-shirt, get 20% off a second. Buy 2 t-shirts, get 50% off a third. Discount is calculated automatically at checkout.
   
   
4. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
   Email info@peakwomen.com.au as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be changed or cancelled, but you can arrange a return.
